This original warranty card is included, but please note the serial number on the card does not match the one on the machine. Somewhere through the years these have become mixed up and the wrong card was with this machine.

These items were removed and replaced with better options (as described above) but are included with purchase: Original hand wheel, original light (does not appear to be complete), original power cord & outlet, original knee control which was mounted in cabinet, and original style motor (not Pfaff).
